Hashiri Zumi

Running Sumi. Hashiri means 'run'. Sumi that is scattered in stripes (rather than Motoguro) on the pectoral fins of Showa Sanshoku. The term is also used to describe the striped Sumi on the pectoral fins of Taisho Sanshoku. The term is used only for the pectoral and tail fins but not for Sumi on the body.
